A Tour package deposit of AUD1,000 per person is due at the time of booking. The balance of your Tour package will be due no later than Friday, 30 June, 2017.
If registering after Friday, 30 June, 2017, full payment is required upon confirmation of the Tour.
Methods of Payment
Visa and Mastercard are accepted and incur a surcharge of 1.5% and American Express which incurs a 3% surcharge.

If you cancel on or prior to Friday, 30 June, 2017 you will forfeit your deposit.
Cancellations made on or after Friday, 30 June, 2017 may result in a maximum cancellation fee of 100% of Tour cost. Actual cancellation charges will vary as they are based on the amount levied by hotels, airlines and other suppliers at the time of cancellation.
Refunds will not be made on unused portions of the package.
Any extension travel bookings made in addition to the official Tour package will be governed by the terms and conditions of the operator supplying those services.
